**_ Job title: Desk Security Officer, Full Time_**

**FT Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm (40 hours)**

Security Officer Requirements:_**
- Previous Customer Service experience is required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Dependable means of transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

**_ Security Guard Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_**
- This is for a warehouse complex. Training will be provided, no prior security experience needed.
- Use modern technology to monitor a variety of alarm signals and respond/dispatch security personnel to those alarms following the standard operations manual to notify the proper authorities.
- Answer incoming lines
- Must be able to remain calm and work well in a fast paced environment.
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
- Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
- Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
- Remain in appropriate, company issued uniform.
- Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
- Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
- Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
- Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
- ** Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc**
