Rent Right Management Solutions is located in Prescott Arizona, with properties throughout the Quad Cities area (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey).

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently possess or be willing to obtain an Arizona Real Estate Sales License
- High knowledge base/Understanding of our services
- High level of people skills and communication skills
- High energy, good judgment and decision making skills
- Applicants must have and maintain an excellent driving record with no major infractions of unsafe conduct
- Pass a background check which shows a clean and clear record
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be self-motivated
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Great organizational skills and ability to stay on task
- Must be a team player and willing to assist co-workers
- Must have the ability to multi-task efficiently and handle many demands at one time
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to use computer and typical office software to prepare documents, spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Ability to type information with accuracy and speed, customer service skills, and knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to learn assigned clerical tasks readily and adhere to prescribed routines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
