Armed Protection Officer

We are seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

**Duties**:

- Provide armed security services to protect clients, employees, and property
- You will be standing at the front main entrance of the store greeting customers.
- Ensure customers do not approach budtenders without checking-in with their CDL
- Be present, not on your phone, to direct customers
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or loss prevention is highly preferred
- Must possess a valid armed security officer certificate/license
- Ability to deescalate tense situations
- Ability to identify suspicious behavior or activities

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
