**YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT END MANAGER**:
As the Full-Time Front End Manager at Brookhaven Market, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth functioning of our front-end operations. Your daily duties will involve supervising staff, crafting shift schedules, and guaranteeing that every customer who walks through our doors leaves with a smile. In the absence of our Store Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll be the captain of the ship, steering the store towards success.
