IT Technician

**Purpose**:Actively promotes a work environment within the IT Department that consistently delivers a “World Class Experience” to our end users and customers.
- Assist users with basic hardware and software support, both in-person and remotely.
- Use a ticketing system to track issues and document resolutions.
- Perform functions relate to the maintenance of network and server equipment.
- Modify network configurations while tracking changes.
- Perform hardware deployments.
- Update IT documentation.
- Perform clerical work as needed for the IT department, such as asset tracking.

**Other Functions**
- Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concrete’s mission statement and core values.
- Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
- Performs all other related duties, as assigned.

**NECESSARY SKILLS**
- Good Time management.
- Well organized.
- Education or experience with Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Ability**
- Report to work on time and on a regular basis.
- Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstance.
- Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes.
- Express oneself clearly and concisely.
- Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

**Education/Experience**
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco or similar certification.
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Valid State of Texas driver’s license required along with a “violation-free” Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
- Reliable transportation.
