Dental Receptionist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office phone system
- Verify patient insurance information and update patient records
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with maintaining office systems, including electronic health records
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $17.25 - $18.19 per hour
