**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals
- Provide direct care and support to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities
- Conduct group therapy sessions and facilitate therapeutic activities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify individualized care plans
- Monitor patients for any changes in behavior or symptoms and report observations to the appropriate staff members
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of gender issues counseling, art therapy, and psychopharmacology is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $27.37 - $32.97 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
