Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and closely monitor Company drivers in a fast paced environment
- Responsible for oversight dispatchers
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to coordinate load outs and empty returns
- Must have knowledge of all National and State DOT laws and regulations.
- Responsible for controlling driver costs.
- Expected to perform at 99.5% on time performance.
- Understand all customer pickup and delivery procedures.
- Must be able to perform routing planning for door delivery
- Ensure that Drivers are continuously reminded to drive safe and be aware of their surroundings at all times.
- Ensure that Drivers are continuously reminded of all pickup and delivery procedures.
- Be able to react to emergency or urgent situations as they occur and follow emergency and/or accident company protocol.
- Experience in building/managing a team of dispatchers
- Must have in the Port of LA & Long Beach, Rail yards, making appointments in Emodal and other platforms.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
