We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with mental health disorders. You will work closely with our team to assist in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and discharge coordination.

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions using various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy
- Assist patients in developing coping mechanisms and skills to manage their mental health conditions
- Referal for psychiatric evaluation and medication management services
- Conduct crisis interventions as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress

- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Pay: $56,775.00 - $77,038.00 per year
