Cash Applications Associate II

**Essential Functions**
- Develop relationship with Sales team to ensure efficiency for new customer onboarding
- Work closely with other teams including accounts receivable (AR) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- BOL verification - to ensure manual shipments are processed through our system
- Running various reports and resolving issues on a regular basis or sending them to the appropriate parties for resolution.
- Pull and resolve all orders that have not progressed to an awaiting shipping status
- Pull and resolve all orders that are awaiting invoice interface but have holds or pricing issues
- Pull the partial pallet report send to appropriate parties for resolution
- Pull picked status report and send to appropriate plants for closure

- Minimum Qualifications:

- 2 Years - Experience in Field

**Competencies**
- Intermediate Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Basic Accounting skills (equivalent to 1 year college level Accounting course)

**Education**
- Minimum Required:

- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance or other related field
- Preferred:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or other related field

**Typical Compensation Range**

Pay Rate Type: Hourly

$22.35 - $30.17 / Hourly
