Your fun, reliable, and energetic personality will help create a magical dining experience for our resort guests. Provide high-quality service while guests enjoy one of our unique dining experiences at our breakfast restaurant 'Granny Clucket's', giving our guest a "Good Cluckin' Morning". Take orders, deliver food, and answer guests’ questions with a friendly smile

**Primary Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Managing the Business**:
The Hotel Breakfast Server will work 8 hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each week, based on occupancy and staffing demand. Holidays and weekends are affected by peak demand which means all team members must work together during those days to keep our operations running efficiently.
- Serve guests by providing menu guidance, ordering service, food delivery, and clean-up.
- Follow all set restaurant policies, in compliance with FDA and corporate guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable on property amenities and dining experiences to inform guests.
- Collaborate with other servers and the kitchen staff to create smooth processes.
- Prepare tables and ensure sanitation in dining areas.
- Receive TOSHA certification to handle biohazards in compliance with proper training.
- Interact with guests and ensure they are having a top-notch vacation experience.
- Understand all safety regulations and operate systems in accordance with all safety measures.
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
- Instruct guests on how to operate cashless payment systems.
- Host a safe and interactive environment that all children and families can enjoy.
- Interact with team members and guests in a positive and friendly manner during all shifts, in all situations.
- Knowledge and ability to comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and/or assigned.
- Management reserves the right to change, remove or add to these duties as necessary.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Stand and walk for most of the workday.

**Education / Experience**:

- High school diploma preferred.
- Serving or food handling experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outgoing and have excellent people skills.
