Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appraiser to join our team. As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for evaluating and determining the value of various assets, such as power generation facilities, oil and gas, petrochemical, and general manufacturing industries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in providing accurate appraisals and supporting financial/legal decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the value of assets
- Collect and analyze data related to the asset being appraised
- Utilize financial concepts and mathematical calculations to determine value
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports that include findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to provide expert testimony in litigation cases
- Assist with tax assessments and appeals

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of appraisal principles, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Excellent mathematical/engineering skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends
- Experience with appraisal/valuation analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficient in writing comprehensive reports
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
