Sterilizing Tech-huntley Hospital Full Time Days

The **Sterilizing Tech I** reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Disassembles, cleans, assembles, sterilizes, and stores procedure trays, instruments, equipment and supplies according to prescribed procedures, following established infection control practices.
- Completes requests to dispense supplies directly to the Operating Rooms and maintaining department supply inventory.
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- Job Role Requirement: 35 lbs lift; 65 inch carry; Push/pull 50 lbs
**Preferred**:
- **_Certification as a Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)_**:
- **_ Two or more years of experience._**
