Call Cnter Representative for Plastic Surgery Office

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients, reaching out to leads and engaging them in informative conversations about of services. Your primary responsibility will be to book consultation appointments for various plastic surgery procedures, providing potential clients with the information they need to make informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact leads via telephone to discuss their interest in Plastic Surgery.
- Provide detailed information about our procedures and the consultation process.
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth pre-consultation experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
- Document interactions and appointments accurately in our CRM system.
- Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless patient journey from initial contact to consultation.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
