**Receptionist - Full-Time**
Full-time Hours: 3 pm - 11 pm (Mon - Fri) and also looking for Weekend and Overnight

Duties: Answer phones, call bells, schedule appts, answer the front door, some cleaning.

**Receptionist Overview**: The Receptionist will provide general assistance and oversight to ensure high resident satisfaction and care; answer telephones; greet guests; respond to residents' requests and assist in the coordination of services to residents; assist in providing services to residents, families, and guests. Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

**Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and check in all guests to the facilityAssist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families, and guests.-
Answer telephone calls, direct calls appropriately, and respond to call bells timely-
Assist residents and staff in solving problems if asked, including encouragement to participate in all that the facility offers.-
Create and maintain an environment for residents, families, and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual.-
Oversee resident attendance at meal times-
Oversight of the Reception area for organization and compliance.-
Assist with coverage of the Reception area or other departments as needed.-
Sort and distribute mail to individuals’ mailboxes if needed.-
Engage with residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction and bring any issues or concerns to the Administrator.-
Light cleaning in the lobby, maintaining presentable workstation and front desk-
Carry out other duties as assigned by Management Team.- Adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures.

**Receptionist Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills, positive attitudeKnowledge of or willingness and ability to learn phone systems and computer programs- Enjoys working with the elderly population
