**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant who will be aiding attorneys primarily with estate administration. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for helping attorneys with administrative tasks and organization, assisting in legal document preparation, communicating with clients, and supporting the legal team with various tasks. Knowledge of the Pennsylvania estate administration process will be highly favored, but is not required.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Pennsylvania estate law and legal processes is preferred
- Ability to provide administrative assistance to attorneys
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Compensation**

The Legal Assistant will receive an hourly rate of pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 commensurate with experience. Additionally, the Legal Assistant will receive contributions towards medical insurance, and paid vacation and personal days.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
