**Job Summary**

The Network Team Lead will oversee the management and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure to ensure robust and reliable connectivity. This role requires a proactive approach to network security, troubleshooting, and the smooth operation of network systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the network team to ensure operational excellence and timely resolution of network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Collaboration and AIROS, to implement network-related projects and initiatives.
- Engage in active communication with top collaborators such as Serena Young, Joe Lemelin, and others to facilitate network-related tasks and projects.
- Oversee the connection of events to SIEM and/or Syslog servers, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Address escalated issues from the network team and provide guidance on complex network challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, security, and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Extensive experience in network administration and a deep understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Palo Alto next-generation firewalls, including configuration, troubleshooting, and policy management.
- Proficient in conflict resolution, negotiation, and group engagement.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and leverage shared resources and value.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse partners and team members.
- Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network problems.
- Familiarity with network management systems and utilities.

**Desirable Experience**
- Prior experience in managing network infrastructure for both fixed and wireless networks.
- Experience in planning operational readiness and acceptance for new network projects and configurations.
- Knowledge of common network types and structures, including the ability to design and implement complex communications networks.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
