Housekeeper/caretaker

**Job Title: Full-Time Housekeeper**

**Location**: Newport Beach

**Schedule**: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Flexibility required for extended hours or additional days as needed)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the residence.
- Handle light laundry duties, ensuring proper care and maintenance of clothing and linens.
- Run errands as directed by the principal, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
- Occasionally assist with light cooking, if desired, but not required.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and promptly report any issues to the estate manager.
- Foster open communication and teamwork within the household staff, collaborating effectively to meet household goals.

**Requirements**:

- Honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and household needs.
- Desire to establish a long-term relationship with the household.
- Clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle for errands and transportation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience with at least 2 homes of similar or larger size for an extended period.
- Excellent references highlighting reliability, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
