Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our programs. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, relationship management abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program outcomes and make necessary improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Oversee program reporting and documentation requirements
- Provide leadership in program development and expansion efforts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the behavioral health or developmental disabilities field
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent relationship management abilities with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of best practices in program development and evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
