Job Overview:
**NestWell **Health Care is a _brand new_ home care company looking for innovative, dedicated, and compassionate Nurse Aides to join our brand new team. As a PRN caregiver we will work around your school schedule, daily plans, and your day-to-day availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Medication Reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification as a HHA, CNA, PCA
Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental schedule:

- On call
- Overtime

Weekly schedule:

- Choose your own hours
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Caregiving: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Home Health Certification (preferred)
- CNA (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Fairfax County, VA (required)
