**What we do**:Fulshear Treatment to Transition is a long term, residential, mental health program for young adult women+; 18-27. Our clients have acute mental health issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, etc). We take a relational approach to mental health treatment, where we believe that healthy relationships and positive experiential moments guide our clients to transitions in life. Alongside this they are maintaining a treatment plan. Clients become healthy, secure and integrated young adult women+.

**What we are looking for**:Residential Director is a leadership role. We look for people who are passionate about helping another, who can make connections and build successful relationships with our staff and clients. Residential Director models appropriate behavior, self-care and are honest about holding boundaries and trust with accountability. At Fulshear, we have developed a training program that gives our staff the skills and knowledge to be successful. We encourage growth and pride ourselves on positive, nonjudgmental feedback. We maintain a culture of fun through experiences.

**What can be helpful for success**: 2+ years of staff management; hiring, developing, and training. 2+ years of project management; budget, planning, creating, and working within systems. Strong skills as a trainer; focused on teaching, and implementing. Collaborative in nature. Excellent written and verbal skills. Hold degree in social services or related fields is preferred. Residential treatment center experience is helpful. At Fulshear one will experience a fully immersive environment with our clients. Residential Director will build trust with clients and demonstrate alignment teams.

**Some housecleaning items that are a must**:Must be 21 or older. Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States. Clean driving record, background check and clear drug screening are required for employment.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
