Experienced Bilingual Sewist/seamstress

BamBams, LLC is currently seeking a Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Seamstress/ Sewist to join our team. This is a full-time position working 40-50 hours a week (Monday
- Friday & weekends as needed) out of our Sealy, TX office.

As a Sewist/ Seamstress, you will be responsible for fabricating and sewing garments using industrial sewing machines. This position is based in our warehouse facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and sew garments according to specifications
- Operate industrial sewing machines and other related equipment
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
- Follow patterns and instructions to accurately complete sewing tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Proficient in garment construction techniques
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.

**Compensation**:
The pay range for this position is $11 to $12 per hour depending on skills and experience.
