Welcoming Atmosphere: Create an ambiance so cozy and inviting that guests feel like they're in their own living room, just one with a better-stocked bar.
Empathetic Listener: Be the unofficial therapist for patrons who spill their sorrows along with their drinks. Your counseling sessions may be unlicensed, but your cocktails are the cure.
Drama Management: Navigate the soap opera that is the restaurant industry. Handle the spills, breakups, and emotional meltdowns that come with any mom+pop operation, with grace and zen-like demeanor.

Stamina of a Marathon Runner: Bartending is an extreme sport; endurance is key.
Thick-Skinned Diplomat: Able to navigate the emotional rollercoaster of a mom-and-pop operation without breaking a sweat (or a bottle).

**Overview**:

**Compensation**: 10/hour -20/hour* + tips **depending on experience
