Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage and oversee the daily/weekly/monthly billing operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Run payroll
- Daily management of Cash/AR/AP/Inventory
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions and generate reports
- Support financial management by analyzing budgets, monitoring variances, and forecasting
- Understand debits, credits, and other accounting principles
- Contribute to corporate accounting functions as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification not neccessary.
- Proven experience in accounting, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
