**$19.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)**
- Schedule: Saturday 11pm-9am/ _Monday 11pm-9am/_ _Tuesday 11pm-9am_/ _Wednesday 11pm-9am_

**_What do I need to join the team?_**
- Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
**_What Does the Job Entail? _**
You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- Medication distribution
**_What are Community Outings?_**
As a Direct Care professional you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
- The Movies
- Shopping
- Going to Dinner
- Baseball Game
- Bowling
