DuraSeal is seeking seasoned jack-of-all-trades to handle minor carpentry, painting and pressure washing responsibilities to drive the expansion of our rapidly growing company.
**ABOUT YOU**
You are reliable, punctual & hard-working and want to put your talent to work with a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities for advancement. You are available to travel overnight on our trucks, usually for days at a time.
You treat company equipment like it’s your own and diligently maintain all supplies & equipment. You understand that your tools are your livelihood. Breakdowns and missing equipment lead to scheduling delays, lost time and lost money.
You love working outdoors, but missing workdays due to precipitation or temperatures drives you crazy.
You have a natural inclination to help people and provide honest advice. Your customers love you. You have a clear, trustworthy voice while performing our service and legible handwriting, so paperwork can be clearly understood by customers and support staff.
People consider you a leader and your attention to detail and natural service orientation is reflected in your customer reviews. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.

**ABOUT DURASEAL**
DuraSeal is a leader in providing permanent protection for wood and concrete (decks, docks, driveways, fences, masonry and pavers, to name a few). We have added a specialty coatings division for instances where our penetrating sealer would not be appropriate. Our company is projecting rapid growth year after year. We invest heavily in having the absolute best equipment for our installers. We tried to think of everything to allow you to get the job done in one trip. If there is anything you need that would save time, money or provide better service to our customers, let us know. We will invest and try it out. If it works, we will equip all the trucks with it
Our customer-focused sales reps and support staff handle all the booking and scheduling, so you can focus on installations without wondering where the next job is coming from. We maintain at least a four-week backlog of work year-round.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**
We are looking for honest, hard-working, dedicated men and women of integrity to grow with us to share in our success. This is a year-round career position, not a seasonal one. Schedules are flexible, but most weeks are M-F day hours with occasional Saturdays required.
This is a single position for a specific large geographical territory. Monday-Friday overnight travel is occasionally required. Weekend work is available and sometimes required during peak season to maintain our on-time installation rate.
This position includes a weekly starting salary of $1000 plus a year-end bonus based on performance. Additional growth opportunities are available for exceptional team members.
You will be cleaning & coating 1-2 projects daily, exceeding client expectations by focusing on communication, reliability, and attention to detail. You will be ensuring all equipment is stocked and maintained, uploading pictures to our CRM, and keeping up with accurate paperwork.

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
