The Osborn is dedicated to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons. We are looking for responsible and vigilant lifeguards to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor swimming areas to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing CPR and first aid as needed.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a certified lifeguard.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent communication and observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
