My Swim Instructor is looking to hire professional and experienced swim instructors to teach private, semi-private, and small group swim lessons in our client's private homes & community pools, all within your location & surrounding cities **We supply the clients you set the schedule**

Our team is backed by a dedicated support staff, ready to ensure your journey with us is seamless and filled with moments of joy and fulfillment while you earn some of the highest wages in the industry doing what you love

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct private, Semi-private (2-3), and small group swim lessons (4+).
- Schedule swim lessons.
- Ability to travel to clients and teach in varying atmospheres
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
- Assess students' skills, monitor students' progress, and adapt lessons to meet students' & clients' needs.
- Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning experience for our swimmers.
- Communicate with parents, clients, or caregivers about your student's progress.

**What to expect when working with My Swim Instructor**
- You choose your work schedule.
- You will travel to clients' locations in your area to teach lessons.
- You set the travel distance to the client's locations.
- Receive multiple clients offers every month.
- You will be able to discuss a schedule and always be in direct contact with our clients and the My Swim Instructor support team.

**Payment**:
**Required Job Specifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years providing swim instruction to students of any age.
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience working as a swim instructor
- CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Safety Instructor or Basic swim instructor certifications
- Strong swimming ability, and sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules
- Contractors are required to carry their liability insurance.
- Swim Instructors are required to have their swim instruction equipment.

Preferred Skills: Fluent in Spanish

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

- After school

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- How would you train a 1-year-old who has never learned to swim before? Let's say this student has a 5-year-old brother, who is very confident in the water but is also unable to swim. How would you handle such a client? (These clients are trained separately for 30 minutes each)
