We are a fully integrated sand supply and services company, offering complete sand, logistics, storage, and management solutions to our customers with our in-basin trans-loading terminals and our smartsystem storage capabilities. We own and operate premium frac sand mines and related processing facilities in Wisconsin and Illinois, which have access to three Class I rail lines, allowing us to deliver products substantially anywhere in the United States and Canada.

We are currently looking for an **Plant Coordinator** to join our team.

**Position Summary**

The role of the Plant Coordinator is to ensure the efficient and timely operations at the Oakdale office.

The plant coordinator will work under the supervision of the Plant Manager but will require taking direction from other Smart Sand managers. This position is based at our Oakdale, WI loacation.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation as it relates to Oakdale activities.
- Organize and maintain employee mail files located in the front office.
- Assist in the Oakdale new hire orientation/onboarding process by printing materials.
- Work with the Oakdale Human Resources Specialist on the boot truck program.
- Maintain the employee birthday calendar and coordinate the birthday cards.
- Maintain the employee PTO calendar.
- Greet and direct visitors and employees.
- Manage all phone calls.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls in a professional and cordial manner.
- Take messages and field/answer questions.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Maintain the Concur Credit Card Expenses for the Plant Manager.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies by working with the Warehouse and Purchasing Specialist.
- Manage the Fuel Master System and track hours.
- Sort and distribute all Plant mail.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing documents.
- Work cooperatively to comply with facility-wide environmental and quality management systems.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Good judgment is required.
- Must be adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Practical problem-solver, highly-organized, self-motivated and have great people skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Attention to accuracy and detail is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision to meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, especially the Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
