Hours of operation are:
Sun - Thurs 6:30am-11:00pm

Fri-Sat 6:30am-1:00am

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server and Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your role will also involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent overconsumption or disruptive behavior
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $6.00 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

- Liquor Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
