What you will do
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform all grooming services according to client specifications
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during grooming sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing guidance on coat maintenance and care
- Maintain accurate records of grooming services and pet temperament
- Check dogs in and out as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous dog grooming experience required (1 year minimum)
- Knowledge of different grooming techniques and styles for various breeds
- Familiarity with grooming tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of grooming services
- Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
