- **Ugly Mug Coffee is looking for team members for our busy, fast growing café. Hours of Operation: 6:30 - 7 M-F / 7 - 7 SAT / 8 - 3 SUN. Must have weekend availability**_
- **We offer a full coffee bar, nitro and cold brew, iced, and frozen coffee and non-coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies, freshly baked pastries, gluten-free items, many breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, and quiche. Every staff member learns to operate in all areas of the cafe**_
- **Baristas with UGLY MUG COFFEE receive very good tips, and develop relationships with local customers as well as many new customers. They have the opportunity to grow and increase their coffee knowledge and training level for increased pay and advancement. Job satisfaction is high.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
- Upsell additional food items or promotions to customers
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
