- Responsible for directing residents and guests.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment and pool; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, daily activities.
- All other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a security guard
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
