Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef with strong Sautee skills to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for culinary excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute menus for restaurant, take out, & catering
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sautee Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of catering operations, restaurant management, and food preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
