**Overview**:
**Responsibilities may include**:
- Project coordination: oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects from an administrative stand point. Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in creating, editing, and monitoring job estimates, proposals, budgets.
- Prepare and analyze detailed finanical reports within Quickbooks to make sure we are on target with projects.
- Take part in invoicing and change ordering the clients.
- Prepare and oversee purchase orders, contracts, certificates of insurance, and more.
- Review incoming invoices and check for accuracy/confirm completion before preparing payment.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies. Keep office tidy.
- Maintain records using QuickBooks and perform basic clerical tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in construction office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Word, Excel, and Zoom
- Proficiency in CoConstruct and/or Buildertrend
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and resourcefulness
- Experience in accounting is a plus
