Flex Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Flex Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction for both Front of House and Back of House.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems

**Skills**:

- Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems and KDS screen (Kitchen Display Screen)
- Proficient in food service procedures
- Strong guest services skills
- Knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety protocols
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations abilities
- Basic understanding of culinary practices
- Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
- Must have Food Handlers Card or obtain one upon start date
- Basic food handling skills
- Prepare incoming food orders in a timely manner for plated dine in customers and take out customers (No cooking required, chefs cook and Flex Servers plate meals accordingly)
- Help with light kitchen prep
- Keep kitchen stocked and restock items as needed
- Complete opening and closing checklists daily

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.35 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
