**Duties**:

- You will be responsible for the entire spectrum of real estate management which requires a complete and comprehensive knowledge of real estate principles and procedures, to include property acquisition, disposal, out granting and management.
- You will analyze the appropriate real estate documents in order to arrive at a recommended course of action concerning the particular land use agreement.
- You will ensure all non-DoN Federal agencies, state, and local governments, businesses, or individuals authorized to operate aboard Camp Pendleton have obtained the appropriate realty permissions and rights in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You will conduct all phases of real estate transactions from realty planning, project management, acquisition, in-grant and out-grant management and disposal.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

**Qualifications**:

- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing and analyzing realty programs by budget, data and policy for correspondence, recommendations and adherence to regulations; providing real property oversight for the acquisition, maintenance, modification, re-capitalization, and disposal of shore facilities AND have experience in real estate principles and practices.- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

**Additional information**:
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
