**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Trainer to join our team. The Apprentice Trainer will be assisting in our apprenticeship program.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the Training of the Mastec Substation/Transmission Apprenticeship Program
- Conduct Instructor Led Training and E learning
- Provide classroom and virtual training
- Teach 10-20 ETD courses
- Monitor progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Teach the following:

- First Aid CPR
- Confined Space
- Fall Protection
- Equipment Training
- Rigging Signaling
- Travel up to 50%

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years instructor/trainer experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Teams)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to learn material

**Prferred Qualifications**

2 years of Substation experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
