**JOB SUMMARY**

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of general labor tasks and providing customer service at assigned facility, Glenview Park Golf Club. Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, repairs, painting, basic construction, landscaping, seasonal duties, along with other duties as assigned.
- Cleans the interiors of buildings thoroughly (washing & waxing floors, windows, wiping walls, cleaning bathrooms, pro shop, clubhouse grounds & basement areas, etc.).
- Manages cleaning supply ordering and needs
- Removes garbage and disposes of properly (dumpster or recycle).
- Perform daily general operations maintenance to core facility equipment (e.g. Golf Cars, Finn Scooters and Pull Carts)
- Performs all seasonal work assignments (e.g. snow removal, salting, off-season preventive maintenance of equipment
- Performs general building maintenance and repairs to building and sometimes coordinates scheduling work with other departments.
- Completes landscaping activities (debris removal, weeding, raking)
- Secures each location before leaving site, checking security light timing boxes, light fixtures, fire extinguishers, thermostats, locks, and related items.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:Must be at least 18 years old with High school diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) - two (2) years of relevant experience preferred. Valid Illinois driver’s license a must. Must be able to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification upon hire.

**SCHEDULING & PAY**:This is a year-round position, working approximately 32-38 hours per week. Schedule and hours will fluctuate based on the seasonal needs of the facility. During prime season, generally March - October weekend hours are required. Target hiring range is $18-$20 / hour depending on qualifications and experience.
