**Job Description** About our portfolio company Jacobi Robotics**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Operations Manager to support our daily operations and assist the leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing startup in the robotics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist the leadership team with various tasks and projects
- Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Oversee office administration tasks, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
- Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and systems
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
- Take initiatives and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Passion for the robotics industry and emerging technologies (preferred)
