**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Engage with clients directly, preparing insurance quotes, managing transactions, and addressing inquiries both in person and electronically.

Provide exceptional service, establishing positive rapport with clients.

Continuously update knowledge on our insurance products to effectively assist clients.

Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives.

Perform administrative tasks as required.

Pursue and maintain a Massachusetts property & casualty insurance license.

**Qualifications**:
A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry and professional growth.

Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technology (Microsoft Office, online platforms, etc.).

**Work Schedule**:
Part-time, Day shift (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

**Location Requirements**:
Must be able to commute or relocate to Turners Falls, MA 01376.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
