**Job Summary**

Full time day shift (8am-5pm) Phlebotomist position is available in a large moderate complexity laboratory supporting a multi-specialty physician clinic in Sugar Land, Texas

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate

Licenses/Certifications: Certification as a Phlebotomist

**Experience**:
Three years (minimum) active full-time phlebotomy experience.

Strong Customer Service Skills

Principal Accountabilities
- Team player with a focus on customer service in meeting and greeting the patient population served.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
- Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/ satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the performance improvement process.
- Duties include computer data entry, troubleshooting, and printing labels with an eye to detail.
- Blood collection will be performed for the clinic in house laboratory but also the reference labs.

- Hourly rate: $15+ (Based on years of experience)

Shift:

- Day shift 8-5 with a rotating Saturday shift from 8-noon among the current phlebotomy staff.

- In-person
