**Job description**
Overview
The Budtender is responsible for executing the five-star customer experience and creating loyalty through a memorable shopping experience in our stores. This individual must maintain compliance through operational procedures, support marketing initiatives, and execute visual merchandising standards. This position is also expected to meet our company’s sales goals while delivering best-in-class service and reports to the General Manager and Leads.
Expectations
- Meet or exceed store and company sales volume and KPI goals
- Drive repeat business through a best-in-class shopping experience
- Execute industry-leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge
- Answers questions on purchasing limits and products while making personalized recommendations
- Maintains a safe, clean and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
- Assists Leads with cash management or other operational procedures as needed
- Supports Reception checking in customers as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Cannabis Knowledge
- Knowledge of Metrc and Cannabis Compliance Regulations
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
