*Job Summary*

We are looking for a dedicated, flexible person with experience with floor care such as stripping and waxing. During the summer and fall this person will also be utilizing our tractor to provide lawn care to our property. Your role is crucial in maintaining a well-maintained and safe living environment for our residents.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Conduct repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers.
- Perform residential painting as needed.
- Use Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for efficient task management.
- Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating maintenance projects.

*Experience*
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Prior experience in maintenance roles preferred.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and Ohmmeter operation is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
