Navis Pack & Ship is a packaging & shipping franchise.

The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for assisting the Customer Solutions Manager in the front office operations of a Navis Pack & Ship.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries and gather information to effectively quote the job to the customer.
- Follow up on estimates as requested.
- Assist the Customer Solutions Manager in closing all jobs, proposal preparation and follow-up.
- Assist the Customer Solutions Manager administratively with other tasks as requested.
- Communicate with Hub Operations Manager to ensure customers are serviced properly and expectations are met.
- Finalize pricing with customers and collect payment.
- Communicate with Hub Operations Manager to ensure customers are serviced properly and expectations are met.
- Assist with manifesting and coordination of shipping as requested
- Track customers’ shipments until arrival at destination.
- Ship and track customers’ shipments until arrival at destination.
- Follow up and resolve any customer service issues.
- Process all paperwork, credit card payments, invoicing, and assist accounting with tracking and managing accounts payable.

- Experience in working directly with customers in a service organization with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong typing skills.
- Strong grammatical and critical writing skills.
- Ability to solve problems and follow direction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
