Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.

**Duties**:

- Implement behavior management techniques and strategies as directed by the supervising behavior analyst
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using various data collection methods
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the behavior analyst and other team members to analyze data and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide direct care and support to individuals during therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records is beneficial
- Must be patient, compassionate, and have a genuine desire to help others
