**Job Summary**
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting project managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information with the goal of completing assignments on time and within budget. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders and may require working on more than one project simultaneously.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Execute project management administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings/schedules, preparing project documents/reports, distributing information as needed and communicating project status information
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, including tracking and reporting project progress
- Participate in meetings with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate or overcome obstacles
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Perform duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
- Other related duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business with project management exposure
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodology
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Visio, Basecamp or Trello)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
