Lawn Care Foreman

Results Tree and Landscape Inc. in The Woodlands, Tx is seeking a lawn maintenance foreman.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.

Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide an attractive, well-maintained lawn to create a welcoming impression and to enhance property appearance.

Assist in proper mowing by push or riding, edging and fertilizing lawns

Blow parking lots or ground with hand blower

Water lawns and landscapes with care for plants, rakes, mulch and/or pine straw according to specifications

Continuous hands on training to develop the skill and ability of providing lawn service for increased effectiveness and improvements of techniques and procedures

Ensure completion of all tasks according to analysis and specifications

Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by following safety procedures

Report to supervisor any malfunctions on equipment and vehicles

Operate and minor repair of equipment, as well as planting and maintenance techniques

Accomplish organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have a valid Texas Drivers License

Must be able to take and follow directions.

Must be able to identify and understand chemicals.

Must have knowledge of lawn care equipment.

Knowledge of basic lawn care.

Ability to operate lawn equipment.
