**We need caregivers to assist seniors and disabled adults in Northwest Indiana with activities of daily living, in their homes or care facilities**. Available shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overnights.
- Opportunities available in northwest Indiana include Munster, Valparaiso, Crown Point, Schererville, Dyer, Hammond, Gary, Merrillville, Cedar Lake, Michigan City, and more_

**Duties typically include**:

- Companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Dressing and grooming
- Transferring and positioning
- Bathing and showering

**Requirements include**:

- A minimum of 1-year experience caring for a senior or adult
- Ability to competently perform assigned tasks
- Good communication skills
- Warmth and compassion for people under your care
- Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
