**BEING A LIBERTY TEAM MEMBER**

**What will my role as a Valet Supervisor entail?**
- Providing a warm and sincere welcome to all of our guests and residents.
- Assisting site manager with oversight of team members during your shift.
- Developing valet team members to be future supervisors.
- Attending hotel meetings with manager to understand upcoming events.
- Driving guest vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Coordinating front drive operations, and delegating tasks to valet team members.
- Understanding and implementing daily game plans for success.
- Enforcing all service and safety protocols during your shifts.
- Lifting, loading/unloading, guest and resident luggage.
- Delivering luggage to guest/resident rooms or ballrooms.
- Anticipate guests needs during the arrival and departure experience.
- Provide guests with local recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Communicate with hotel partners to provide information on what can make a guest stay better.
- Assist your fellow hotel colleagues on anything that may help our hotels and residences shine.

**JOINING LIBERTY PARKING**
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Neat and professional appearance
- Have the desire to help others
- Have the desire to help your team win day in and day out

**Physical requirements**:

- Ability to sprint short distances.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to work in extreme elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.65 per hour
